Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

RandomChat is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) on our platform.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

RandomChat maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward child sexual exploitation, abuse, and human trafficking. Any content, image, text, or user behavior that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or encourages CSAM or CSAE is strictly forbidden.

2. Detection, Prevention & Moderation

• We utilize automated detection mechanisms, content filters, and human moderation to identify and block illegal content or harmful behaviors.

• Accounts identified as generating, requesting, or distributing CSAM/CSAE materials are permanently banned immediately without prior warning.

3. Reporting Illegal Content

We provide multi-channel reporting paths for our users:

• In-App Reporting: Users can immediately report suspicious profiles, chats, or inappropriate content directly within the application using the "Report" button.

• Direct Support Email: Any user can report CSAM/CSAE concerns or safety violations directly to our dedicated support team at [E-posta Adresinizi Yazın]. All reports are handled with high priority.

4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement & Authorities

When CSAM or child exploitation content is detected:

• The content is immediately removed from the platform and blocked from further transmission.

• The offending account is terminated, and relevant account details (including IP addresses and user metadata) are preserved for official investigations.

• We report detected incidents to relevant law enforcement agencies and global child safety organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), in compliance with applicable law.
